Just about everybody who is in business has other professional business relationships, and some of them may be willing to work with you or your client to help them. Especially if the business relationship does not need to proivde a payout or a loan - just purchase services that they would normally use, anyway.
You or your potential client would provide a referral to one of their business relationships, one who has an upcoming need for our change management services, and is intending to hire a senior management team member sometime in the future. We pay you or your potential client 25% of the fee we charge the company for successfully completing their change management project. Depending upon the salaries involved, this could be $10,000 (or more) to your potential client.
