Hamilton Jones has over 20 years of business development and sales development experience, including development of multiple team organizations in a complex sales environment.  Other strengths include Issue identification and solution management for Venture Capital and Joint Venture development programs, individual and board level development programs. Areas of experience include construction, paper, chemical process, machine tools, manufacturing, automation, telecom, and finance.

Hamilton has written papers on a variety of topics related to sales and marketing management, as well as many commercial and business issues. He has been an active member on the International Committee of the Greater Hartford Chamber of Commerce.

Hamilton brings expertise in board, finance, succession and change management issues for small and medium size businesses, as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Educational background includes business management and chemical engineering. Organization memberships include Society of Plastics Engineers, Instrument Society of America, Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Water Environment Federation, and Manufacturers Agents National Association.

Deborah Driscoll has a professional background of over 20 years of successful operations and technical management experience with Fortune 500 companies. Her experience and training includes education and solutions management to the problems relating to corporate values and professional job satisfaction. Her expertise in management succession and change management includes the glass ceiling issues relating to women, and diversity hiring and promotion. Deborah is in a unique position of understanding your exact professional requirements and needs.

Deborah has participated in a number of civic and volunteer programs, including Quota, Telephone Pioneers, Learn to Read RSVP, Great Works Land Trust, and Fresh Air Fund.
