W Hamilton Jones and Hamilton Jones Associates companies and entities, agree to work with you and your associates as partners in any revenue derived from our mutual efforts to satisfactorily meet the needs of clients that we mutually develop in our relationship.

Clients, as well as those companies and entities which the client controls, shall always be considered a client of Hamilton Jones, and that Hamilton Jones shall be entitled to any compensation our mutual relationship derives from that client and that client's companies and entities.

It is acknowledged that Hamilton Jones and any associates are independent contractors, and are all individually responsible for their own expenses.

This contract represents a working relationship only, and may be terminated at any time upon written notice (or email) by either party.
