Our Company Report Service provides further information about individual companies that you might be interested in exploring further.
Our Company Report Service is similar to our Company Advisory Services, but without the details that can only be obtained by visiting the company, reviewing the records, and interviewing the principals and employees.
All of our reports are confidential; we do not publish or broadcast the information we send to you. The reports we provide are proprietary, and cannot be published or shared by you, beyond the scope of your immediate personal or group requirements.
You provide the company research subject, we provide the report.
Most reports contain as much information as we can reseearch and find:
1. Basic company information - addresses, phone numbers websites, type of business, employees, sales information, financial information, when available.
2. Names of principals and management, including bios, when available.
3. Business status - Proprietorship, LLC, Corporation, private or public, subsidiary or holding company, pre- or post- IPO, when available.
4. Research information, news items, and press releases, when available.
5. Our comments and opinions.
This is a two step process:
First, you provide us with the company name, and any company identifying informtion you may have, so we do not research the wrong company. We will perform a preliminary review, to let you know if we can provide the information that you are looking for. If we cannot provide you with anything significant, that result may tell you something, also. Simple – anonymous, discreet, and confidential.

Our fee of $295.00 is for a single report on an individual company.
Our extended fee is $1295.00 is for up to one year of service, and up to 6 company reports. We will send you a renewal request either at the end of one year, or after the 6 company reports are sent to you, whichever comes first.
